Design Team Call 2010!

It's that time again...time for our first Design Team call of 2010! If you love our product and are a papercrafter who loves to stamp or scrapbook, we want to see your stuff!!

We are looking for a variety of highly-motivated and dedicated designers with a positive attitude to join our 2010 Design Team.

~2 Design Team Members (6 month term February - July)
- Create 6 projects a month with the design team kit you will receive monthly
- Post your projects on your *active* blog once a week
- Participate in ONE of 4/5 of our Friday Challenges (one of your 6 projects)
- Receive 30% off of store products during your term

~2 Guest Design Team Members (3 month term Feb-April and May-July)
- Create 6 projects a month with the design team kit you will receive monthly
- Post your projects on your *active* blog once a week
- Participate in ONE of 4/5 of our Friday Challenges (one of your 6 Projects)
- Receive 30% off of store products during your term

~2 Designers to CREATE Digital Kits
- Create 2 or more kits a month
- Provide 1 project sample with each kit you submit
- Receive 80% of sales to be paid monthly
- Receive 30% off of store products during your term

~2 Digital Design Team Members to create WITH our Digital Kits
- Create 3 projects with the digital products you are provided with
- Post your projects on your *active* blog
- Post your projects in two other galleries
- Receive 30% off of store products during your term

Design Team Call - 2009!

Embellish-Online.com is forming a new design team! We are an online retailer looking for innovative, creative and friendly card and scrapbook designers who are comfortable working with the products we sell such as patterned papers, embellishments and clear stamps that are detailed and may require coloring. If you work with Copic markers that is a plus!

You need to:

• have an active, well maintained blog
• be active on forums like SCS and/or 2Peas to share your work
• be able to meet deadlines
• be able to participate in team challenges
• participate in the store’s forum
• have a friendly, positive attitude.

We require at least one Embellish-Online exclusive post a week on your blog using our products, and to create for the Embellish-Online gallery once a month (around 6 cards, layouts or projects a month in total).

In return, you will receive approx. $25 worth of product a month to design with, which usually includes patterned papers, embellishments, and sometimes stamps. You will also receive a 30% discount on almost everything in the store. The design term will last six months.

To apply please send your name, address, link to your blog and SCS/2Peas galleries, and 5 examples of cards or projects that best reflect your style to suzy@papermonkey.org . Please keep each image under 100kb in size or your application will not be received.

Please also include a little bit about yourself, what other design teams you are on (DT experience is NOT necessary though), and why you would like to be an EI designer.

Applications are due April 30th. New designers will be announced by May 5th. The design term will begin June 1st and end December 31st.

Design Team Call 2008!

Embellish-Online is now accepting applications for the next Design Team term. Four applicants will be chosen for a 6 month term. August 2008 - January 2009.
Fresh faces are welcome!!!!

~Each month you will make four original projects created exclusively for EO.
These may include cards, scrapbook layouts or altered art projects, however at least two projects must be cards.

~Each month you will host one challenge. These may include color, sketch, inspiration or one of your own choosing.

~Each member will take turns choosing the Design Team Gallery theme of the month.

~Your projects should showcase the products sent to you monthly by Embellish-Online and should be posted on your blog or forum as well as in the EO gallery.

~Photography skills are needed to attractively present your work.

~You should be comfortable working with designer paper and clear stamps and love to try new products.

~You will be sent a minimum of $20 worth of products each month and will have a 30% discount on anything in the store for your personal purchases.

*links to your blog and/or website galleries
*a little bit about yourself and why you want to be on our Design Team
*Email 3-5 pictures or links of your original papercraft work to suzy@embellish-online.com. This may include cards, scrapbook layouts, or altered items. Please keep the size of each photo under 150KB and only use the e-mail address above.

The deadline to submit your application is June 15, 2008 at midnight EST. Chosen members will be notified via e-mail. The new Design Team will be announced on EO by
June 25.

Due to time constraints and shipping costs, applicants must live in North America.

As a current Design Team member I can tell you it takes a lot of work and commitment but the challenge of using the monthly products within the monthly theme has been a fun and very rewarding experience. Good Luck to each of you who applies!

One more day!

One more day to wait for the announcement of the Design Team! We've had so many great applicants it's really going to be a hard decision! I'll post it when we've made up our minds.............. oh the torture of trying to decide!

Design Team!

We're looking for card and scrapbook artists to be on our new Design Team!

Here's the skinny:

A minimum of 6 items will be required from each member each month. Team
membership will last six months. Each member will take a turn setting the
style of the month with focus on an EO product. In return, you will receive
a minimum of a $20 worth of product free each month and a 30% discount on all items in the store. Applicants from the US and Canada may apply.

To apply:
Please submit the following:
1. A little bit about yourself and why you want to be on Our DesignTeam.
2. E-mail 5 - 10 pictures or links of your original paper craft work (cards,
scrapbook layouts, altered items) to: me!

Include links to your blog or website gallery if you have those.
